We have worked with numerous students over the years who qualified for extended time on the SAT or ACT. In most cases, that meant 50% more time per section on the SAT, and 50% more TOTAL time on the ACT. We wanted to find out what extended time will look like on the new SAT, so we called the College Board. We spent 45 minutes on hold to get this so you don’t have to. Enjoy!
Redesigned/New SAT

In other words, the new test is playing by the rules of the old test–add 50% extra time and round up.
